Thanks God its Sunday. In some other words ~ it’s meant ~ I can lingers longer in bed. Oh! whatever!
Currently I’m in Kuala Lumpur ~fondly known as KL~ for the wedding. After the CHAOS about RAYANI AIR failure (will blog about it later), al of us (from KK) are super-tired. So today ~ until now ~ we are still lingering …… 
Later tonight, we get an invitation for dinner from in-laws…. mum was here, so her “menantu” ~ DIL ~ wanna cook her dinner. Hihihi. 
 Last night ~ taking out some of the crew (photographer) for dinner after tiring day.

APAM BALIK
Now I’m HUNGRY!
By hook or crook gotta try this!
BAHAN-BAHANYA.
2 cawan tepung gandum
1/2 cawan gula
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
1 sudu teh baking powder

1 biji telur
1 1/2 cawan air
2 sudu besar susu tepung
Sedikit pewarna kuning jika suka
Kalau nak buat apam balik pandan tambah 2 sb pes pandan.

Caranya:
Blenderkan semua bahan sehingga sebati.
Perap 1 jam.

Inti apam balik
Kacang tanah kisar
Jagung manis tin
Mentega
Gula
Coklat rice
Caranya:
Panaskan non stick pan dan tak perlu disapu minyak. 
Ambil adunan sesenduk dan buat macam pankek . 
Apabila dah setengah masak .tabur atas apam gula ,kacang tanah.,jagung , coklat dan sedikit mentega..(boleh letak inti lain yang disukai.
Lipat dua apam dan angkat dari pan.
Apam balik yang dah siap sapu mentega dan potong ikut suka.
